The Fundamental Problem With Trump Is Not Lack of Discipline

A lot of people say Trump’s problem is just a lack of discipline. He cannot stay focused. Yes, it is a real problem, but it is not the fundamental problem. The fundamental problem is that, at his core, Donald Trump has no real convictions about anything other than self. Just four years ago, Trump did not believe in deportation of illegal aliens.

Likewise, Trump does not really believe the Mexicans will pay for his wall. He is selling it to the public that way, but he does not really believe it.

Americans can detect a bulls**t artist and Trump is one. A great many Americans, who are in a constant state of pissed-offed-ness have lost their BS detectors and are being conned, but the majority of Americans have not.

Donald Trump has no serious and fundamental convictions about anything other than himself. At the end of the day, Americans want a President who stands for something and Trump really stands for nothing other than himself, which isn’t a very compelling package behind the gold plating.

Rush Limbaugh says all the time that given the choice between a Democrat and a Democrat-Lite, Americans are going to go with the real thing. His maxim continues to be true. Americans are going with the authentic Democrat instead of the man peddling policies that are Democrat-lite in nature.

Right now, Hillary Clinton already has 272 Electoral College votes. To win, Trump would have to take back a state and hold the rest. But Texas and Georgia have better chances of going to Clinton than New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, or Virginia have of going to Trump.
