Per The Hill, this morning the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP, indeed) approved Betsy DeVos’s nomination to lead the Department of Education. Her nomination will go to the Senate floor for a simple majority vote; the HELP approval fell via party lines, 12-11.
