Someone page Elizabeth Warren. The Clinton family is stealing her contrived grievance.
Coming out this May, the former first daughter’s book is supposed to offer inspiring profiles of women who”accomplished goals despite opposition.” It’s clearly supposed to be an homage to her mother, but the inspiring profiles don’t really conjure up images of Hillary Clinton.
Maybe she could have honored her family legacy with more appropriate titles:
- “She Went To Wisconsin: Women Who Overcame Obstacles By Doing The Work Necessary To Win”
- “She Used Her Secure Email: Women Who Avoided Calamity By Following Security Protocols”
- “He Respected Female Interns: President’s Who Didn’t Get Impeached Over Infidelity”
- “She Earned Her Money: Women Who Earned Wealth By Creating Jobs, Not Giving Corporate Speeches”
The media keeps trying to make “Chelsea Clinton” a thing. It’s not happening. She’s less politically adept than her mother, (which is quite a feat). I don’t know why Democrats aren’t screaming from the rooftops, “Don’t saddle us with another Clinton candidacy!”
