When you rebel against God, you necessarily rebel against science, logic, reason, and morality since God is the foundation of all of those things. So even when you’re tempted to laugh and shake your head at the bizarre ignorance and sheer madness advanced by the rabidly secular sexual revolution these days, don’t be surprised. It’s precisely what we should expect.
Still, it’s hard not to sit with your mouth gaping open when you read the latest from the entertainment world’s trailblazing queen of sexual psychosis, Miley Cyrus:
“I think I’m weird because that I feel very genderless; I feel ageless; I feel like I’m just a spirit soul, not even divided by human being, or I treat the animals the same or, hopefully, treat the planet with as much respect as possible,” Cyrus said during an interview on Lorraine, a U.K. morning show.
There are a great number of people on the right who might be tempted to sit down and try to counter her confusion point by point. No. Just don’t.
You can’t follow this string of illogic even with the use of star charts. Being “genderless” is not a thing. She is a female. Being “ageless” is not a thing. She has lived on the planet for 24 years, and there are plenty of her contemporaries in the entertainment world who have been fighting a losing battle with the aging process and serve as excellent case studies for all of us about the consequences of refusing to accept reality. And finally, she’s not just an inhuman spirit soul. She is human.
To be sure, there’s nothing wrong with being a free spirit and saying silly things. The only problem comes when an entire well-funded political movement coalesces around those silly things and begins legislating them as reality, fining and punishing those of us who don’t live in the land of make believe.
But that’s the path we seem to be on these days, so keep your eyes on your census forms for the “genderless,” “ageless,” “spirit-soul” designations undoubtedly coming soon.
