Puerto Rico Needs You On Your Knees

While everyone is fighting over the NFL and kneeling before Trump, the reality is Puerto Rico needs you on your knees in prayer for that island right now.

I’ve asked the writers here at The Resurgent to spend the day covering what is happening on that island. It is a humanitarian disaster and too many of us are too distracted by today’s advances in the culture war to pay attention.

But there are people now without homes, water, or electricity. There is death and destruction. But there is help. Please consider a donation to the Salvation Army today to help in Puerto Rico.

Samaritan’s Purse is another charity worth supporting today. They have actually taken charge of an airplane that they are using to fly into affected Caribbean nations bringing supplies with them. They’re getting there ahead of the government.

Please take a knee for Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the other islands affected. What is happening there is far more important than what is happening on a football field with a bunch of millionaires.
