Responding To Brussels, Obama Enjoys A Baseball Game In Havana With ESPN

We’ve seen President Obama display an almost Rain Man detachment to radical Islamic terrorism, but nothing touches this.

While Brussels dealt with the worst terror attack since Paris, with ISIS taking responsibility, Obama watched a baseball game in Havana.

There was no solemn press conference. There was no flight home to deal with the latest in a series of ever-more-frightening displays of the dangers inherent in accepting Syrian migrants, who freely mix with radicalized ISIS cells.

Instead, Obama’s remarks went on ESPN, split screen with the Tampa Bay Rays playing the Cuban National baseball team. Relaxed and smiling, Obama might be asking to pass the popcorn instead of discussing the biggest threat to security in Europe.
