Marco Rubio has switched up his television ads in New Hampshire following his boost from a strong finish in Iowa. His pre-Iowa ad, “Listening” has been pulled for this new, old-school version attacking Hillary Clinton.
This ad is flooding the airwaves in the Granite State, and I’m told by people on the ground it’s turning more heads than other candidates’ efforts.
Ted Cruz appears to be relying on his campaign data operation and “micro-targeting” over large statewide advertising efforts (that doesn’t mean he’s not advertising, he’s just not getting the same traction as Rubio). Cruz will certainly maximize his turnout next Tuesday, as he showed in Iowa, but Rubio is gaining a lot of attention with his ads.
