In a tweet earlier today, the official Women’s March Twitter account lashed out at Senator Ted Cruz for supporting Jeff Session’s nomination for Attorney General. They claim that Cruz is “more of a threat to women than immigrants and refugees are.”
Ted Cruz just spoke in favor of Sessions now. RT if you think @tedcruz is more of a threat to women than immigrants & refugees are.

Ted Cruz. The guy who picked businesswoman Carly Fiorina as his Vice Presidential nomination. That Ted Cruz? Surely they must have him confused with some other Senator.
Keep in mind, this is a guy that went to the U.S. Supreme Court as the Solicitor General of Texas, and defeated the U.N. World Court when they attempted to stay the execution of Jose Medellin, an illegal immigrant that raped and murdered two women in Houston. Attempting to label Senator Cruz as some kind of “threat” to women is a blatant lie, and a desperate attempt to smear a dedicated public servant.
It’s clear the organizers of the Women’s March are far more concerned with divisive partisan rhetoric and ad hominem attacks than they are with genuinely supporting any kind of bipartisan reform or legislation. Let there be no mistake: The so-called “Women’s March” is nothing but an organized protest wing of the Democratic Party intent on slandering any Republican official or cause, using dishonest identity politics in a futile attempt to manufacture some kind of credibility.
