All the pundits, prognosticators and news anchors could go home, shower, then wake up and admit they got it wrong.
But a Newsweek publishing partner had to eat 125,000 copies of its commemorative “Madam President” edition that were printed in advance of her supposed win that never happened. This guy had one job–not to pick wrong, he didn’t even have to pick right–and he totally flubbed it.

Topix Media prepared two commemorative editions of Newsweek, but decided to only release the “Madam President” version, which actually appeared on store shelves Tuesday.

“Like everybody else, we got it wrong,” Tony Romando, chief executive of Topix Media, told The New York Post.
“All wholesalers and retailers have been asked to return any issues they have as we need to clear room for [150,000 copies of] the President Trump issue,” said Mr Romando. “We expect it to sell very well as there is obviously a great demand.”
He said only 17 copies were sold.
In about 25 years, do you think those 17 copies might be worth something?
